Audio Description (AD) for blind and visually impaired
Hello,
There may be several reasons why this is occuring. The first thing to check is that you have the right setting. With your digibox remote go to the main menu, then 'Settings and Services', then 'Display and Audio', then click on 'Enable Audio Description'. If this fails to do the job, please contact your service provider.
