I am having difficulties logging in. Help!
First you need to make sure you are registered with us, which will give you a username and password. Then you may need to ensure 'cookies' are switched on. This is done by choosing the "Tools" menu in Internet Explorer, then selecting "Internet Options". Click on "Privacy" and ensure your computer is accepting a Medium amount of cookies.
How can I change my information, or unsubscribe from newsletters?
To change any details on your profile, including password, email address or unsubscribing from newsletters, first you must be logged in. Then go to 'My UKTV' on the top left-hand corner of the homepage.
To change personal details go to 'My profile', change the information on the form and click send. To unsubscribe from newsletters, go to 'newsletters' and uncheck the newsletters you do not want to receive.
Are your message boards moderated?
All messages submitted by users go live straight away, and then our moderators check them. Anything that is offensive is removed.
Can I leave a message on the message boards whenever I want?
The message boards are open all day, but users can only submit content between 9am & 10pm. Anything posted after 10pm is held in the system until the boards “open” at 9am the next day.
I am having difficulties entering a UKTV web competition
You need to ensure cookies are switched on your computer. This is done by choosing the "Tools" dropdown in Internet Explorer, then selecting "Internet Options". Click on "Privacy" and ensure your computer is accepting a Medium amount of cookies by adjusting the tab to Medium.
I am having trouble printing a page from a UKTV website
Our print function is set to work for the maximum number of users. However, as everyone has different operating systems and printers, the results won't be the same for everyone. We suggest you print the page using your browser instead if you are having problems with our print format.
I enter all your competitions, but never seem to win anything. Are they fixed?
All competittions run on UKTV are run in strict accordance with our terms and conditions, which ensure fairness.
