You have to be honest to yourself, honesty with others follows on naturally. However, tact is paramount in some situations.

Hi,
I just returned to the work force after 15 years as a stay at home mum. I am now in a very stressful situation. My youngest child is five and my eldest is fourteen I signed a contract for flexi time at work but now they want to add extra days..Infact they want me to work full time for part time wages. I want to keep my job but I'm afrad that the pressure from home and work is causing me so much stress that I may have to hand in notice. Any advice
