Each episode sees Catherine and Alistair search for properties then put forward a shortlist of four to the buyers. It’s then down to them to decide which place has captured their imagination.

This series visits swanky Sandbanks, Suffolk and Devon, as well as the Côte d’Azûr, the Greek islands and Portugal. First up we’re off to North Cornwall where couple Vicky and Graham are looking for their first family house, ideally an old barn they could renovate. As they’re both keen surfers, they’d like to be close enough to the sea to catch an early morning surf.
