Dawn from The Farm Of Fussy Eaters

"Any food I do not like has a bad effect when I try to eat it. I feel sick and sometimes I am sick and then cry like a baby. I hate fish. I would rather starve to death than eat it."

Dawn, 29 is worried that her diet of 'yellow foods' is having a detrimental effect on her health and could stand in the way of her dreams to start a family. She's been rushed into hospital with liver and gallbladder problems and is convinced that her fussy eating is the cause.

Dawn is a self-confessed fish phobic and claims that 'I would rather starve to death than eat it'. Even the smell turns her stomach and she has childhood memories of being sick just visiting the beach!

She's tried to eat new foods over the years but says 'any food I do not like has a bad effect when I try to eat it. I feel sick and sometimes I am sick and then cry like a baby'. Her mum is at the end of her tether over her faddy eating and claims that as a baby she ate everything.

Dawn is worried that she's not getting all of the vitamins and minerals that her body needs. 'I am worried that I'll die young because my diet is so bad. I would really like a chance to have help to change and have an adult approach to food.'

Dawn's dream is to sit down and have 'a full Christmas dinner with all the trimmings, sprouts and all'. She is putting her faith in The Farm of Fussy Eaters to make her dream come true. Will two weeks be long enough to expand Dawn's diet?
