The couple specialise in personal fitness, diet and nutrition and peak performance training. They are qualified life and success coaches, with an eclectic client list ranging from local farmers to Premier League footballers.

Nik and Eva first appeared on our screens as contestants in Fort Boyard, a physical fitness challenge for Channel 5. They were soon snapped up by Granada Television and invited to contribute their professional expertise to programmes including Less Of The Old, That's Rich, Big Day and Top 100 Cars and recently, popular BBC2 series Car Nation.

Now on UKTV Style, the Speakmans star in A Life Coach Less Ordinary, where they help individuals to overcome certain fears which are crippling their lives. From OCD to arachnophobia, acute shyness to obesity, Nik and Eva will coach the individuals using their own unique style. It certainly makes for compulsive viewing!

As well as their hectic careers, Nik and Eva enjoy a happy family life, living in the legendary Stubley Hall in Lancashire, which dates back to 1277, with their two children - Olivia Raven & Hunter Benedict.
