Fussy Eaters
Make mealtimes family occasions. Give your daughter a booster seat so she can sit with you at the table and feel grown up. She can be involved in the preparation of the meal and help set the table.
You could also try the star chart idea, where your little one is rewarded with stars for trying different foods. This encourages her to taste new things. You can use different levels of stars dependent on whether she smells the food, tastes it or eats it. Children love to get involved in these activities and what starts out as a game can soon turn into a more healthy eating routine.
Good luck!
