Begin the journey

A great way to begin exploring yourself is to have a long, warm and relaxing bath with your favourite bath oil and to try to notice how the water feels on different areas of your body. When you get out of the bath, focus on the feel of a warm towel as you dry yourself. Now you’re warm and relaxed, take some body lotion and apply it to yourself.
