Presenters Dominic Littlewood, Melissa Porter, Kristian Digby and Sarah Walker must hand-pick three potential homes for our would-be purchasers. While two of these have been chosen specifically to match a brief, the other one is something completely different. Then, while our purchasers are viewing the properties, their own home is being transformed into the hottest house on the street, ready for a quick sale.

After visiting all three, the buyers are given the opportunity to spend some quality time in what could potentially be their new dream home. But will it live up to their expectations? Or will they be hot-footing it straight back to the estate agents.
