Here's Looking At You
Here's Looking At You - Episode 11 - Rachel
Rachel, 28, is at a crossroads in her life. Her bleached blond hair and dull clothes don't give off the impression she wants to embark on a new career in journalism. Rachel thinks she's going on a girly shopping with her mum - but Maureen is about to step aside...
Jeremy's tips
Interview techniques:
· Make eye contact.
· Don't forget to smile.
· Keep hands and feet still - it makes you look calm and collected.
· Take a couple of seconds before you answer a question to think.
· There is often no right or wrong answer.
· Make sure you do your research.
Celia's tips
· If you have a complexion that is prone to going red, choose cool colours - pinks, corals, aquamarines.
· If you have curves, don't be afraid to show them off.
· Even if you have a full figure, fitted clothes, showing your waist, will be more flattering than bulky styles.
· Interesting jewellery is a good way of diverting the eye from problems areas - a brooch on a lapel can draw attention away from a full bust.
· If you have a short neck, you should wear your necklaces quite long so you don't shorten the line.
· Be bold with your choice of handbag - too small a bag can make you look bigger.

Tip: If you have a round face, don't have a bob style - it will make it look rounder. An asymmetric fringe has a more slimming effect on a full face.

Tip: If you have fine skin which goes red very easily, it's important to use a good moisturiser to create a barrier. Use a thicker base - sticks are best - and use a brush to apply the base. Stipple the base on to allow some of the natural colour to come through - otherwise you will create a mask-like effect.
