First Dance
We follow fifteen couples on an emotional journey as they try to learn a specially-choreographed secret routine to wow their friends and family and - hopefully - express a little of what they feel for each other on that special day.
With all eyes upon then, it's understandable that newly-weds want that first dance to be special, but for this ambitious group of soon-to-be-marrieds, swaying gently to a power ballad is just not good enough. They want music and dance moves that make a statement; they want that moment to stand out, to be one of the best memories of their wedding day. And they've agreed to let the cameras in to film their progress.
As well as following their training, the show also reveals how the couples met and will be with them during the whole pre-wedding preparation stage - from trying on the wedding dresses to planning the seating arrangements. But everything will be geared up to the big day itself, and the cameras will be lined up to capture their final performances.
Will their first dance be all they had hoped or will their desire to put on a show go horribly wrong? Join the wedding party and find out!
