Brendan began his TV career in Ireland as a researcher before creating and presenting Ireland's hit internet chat room dating show Wanderlust for three years. The format was sold to 11 countries and was picked up by Living TV in the UK. ITV quickly noticed Brendan and within months he was presenting ITV2's extra shows for Ant and Dec's Saturday Takeaway and Blind Date.

Commuting between Dublin and London he was honoured when asked to host An Audience With Brendan for RTE's 40th anniversary celebrations, which was closely followed by Ireland's reality show Treasure Island. Having been offered two ITV1 shows this year, Love Match UK and The Look Of Lurve, and The Clothes Show for UKTV Style Brendan recently took the plunge and moved to London.

Until recently, Brendan was a contributing editor until on Ireland's glossy mag GI and has set up his own production company Giant Film & TV. Brendan is just back from LA where he presented the Emmys to the fabulous news that TV3 in Ireland have given him his own talk show which goes to air in October 2006.
