Six of the Best Peep Toes
When Gwyneth Paltrow arrived at Claridge’s to promote Iron Man she chose peep toes by Givenchy, but not the usual red carpet fare. These were black leather shoe boots with oversize double buckles, five inch stiletto spikes and peep toes revealing black nail varnish. Damn she looked good. This season’s peep toes aren’t for the faint-hearted: platform wedges, ankle boots, kitten heels… hell, we’re even wearing them with textured hosiery. Top of our wish list? The omigod-I’ve-got-to-have-them baby pink Christian Louboutins… shoes so hot we’d sin for them.This feature was published in April 2008.
