I advertised my home for sale, free of charge!

Wink I put my home up for sale and decided not to employ an estate agent, I found a website that allowed me to advertise my home, totally free of charge, the website is; www.propadd.co.uk and I had my home on there for 2 months and it didn't cost me a penny, a friend has now advertised his home To Let on the same site and it hasn't cost him anything, I saved over £1600 in estate agent fees, it was easy, I advertised it then when I had an offer, I handed it over to my lawyer, which is all an agent does, apart from my lawyers fees, and the £40 "For Sale" sign, it didn't cost me anything, as I say, it saved me around £1600 which I think is a lot! If your doing anykind of business in property, look at this website first, www.propadd.co.uk chances are it will save you money!

Selling or renting your home privately via the internet is the future. I have a large portfolio of investment properties and have used number of private websites in the past for sales and lettings, often paying for premuim services to get listed . Due to the plethora of private website on the internet it is highly unlikely that all these websites will be visited therefore to get maximum exposure I think it is essential to sign up to a website offering listings on the leading portals. I have recently come across and sold a property on a website called www.directspace.co.uk
Its free to advertise on the website Im not sure if this is a special limited offer or is unlimited but make the most of it while it lasts...no other private portal offers this premium service for free.
