The Farm of Fussy Eaters: Episode guide
Our experts have just two weeks to change the eating habits of Britain's eight fussiest eaters. The participants will have to confront their food fears, learn to cook and attempt to make friends with the fruit bowl. Get a sneak preview of what happens in each show here.
Episode 1
It's arrivals day in this unique experiment to help fussy eaters from all over the country to ditch their disastrous diets - from the man who eats only chips to the woman who eats up to two and a half kilos of chocolate a day. They're thrown in at the deep end and have to face their worst nightmare - proper food at the welcome buffet.
Episode 2
Day Two on the Farm and time for the fussy eaters to get to grips with the one food they all hate - vegetables. For Dawn and John even the thought of having a piece of cauliflower or cabbage on their plates is almost too much to bear. Will they overcome their fears in time to do battle with their veg at the dinner table? Meanwhile chocaholic, Ruth goes into cold turkey meltdown.
Episode 3
Today on the farm it's fun and games for the fussy eaters as they drive each other round the bend, quite literally, and end up behaving like a flock of wandering sheep in a bid to let go of their egos and build team spirit. And fish-phobe Dawn has to face her worst fear...down at the pond.
Episode 4
Today on the farm there's no escape from the meat-phobes' raw emotions as they face tonight's pig supper over a slab at the butchers. The fruit fearers try to keep their stomachs steady as they taste fruit for the first time in their lives. And there's mayhem in the kitchen as they are let loose cooking their own supper.... But will they eat it?
Episode 5
It's a tough test today for our fussy eaters as they have to sell the very foods they hate at a local market. Salad-phobe Gemma confronts coleslaw and potato addict Craig reveals the real reasons he's on the farm and the dark secret behind his cheerful front.
Episode 6
It’s halfway through their journey to ditch their disastrous diets and, today, the fussy eaters have to give up the one crutch they have left – their emergency food boxes. They find out just how much they’ve learnt to trust each other. And fish-phobe Dawn faces her toughest challenge yet – gutting a fish, cooking it and then eating it for supper – but can she do it?
Episode 7
The fussy eaters are rocked by the news that one of them is leaving the farm. They face their toughest foods in a competition that proves to be a taste test too far. And a trip to the beach brings back emotional memories, as the roller coaster ride continues.
Episode 8
With only two days to go before they have to go back to the reality of their own lives, away from the farm, the fussy eaters start to panic. In preparation for their return to the outside world they have to make their biggest leap forward yet and face the one thing they avoid at all costs - dinner in a smart restaurant.
Episode 9
It’s a big day for our fussy eaters as they get to grips with the ingredients for the feast they will prepare for their family, friends and themselves. Shopping for meat and fish hold hidden nightmares for Katie and Dawn, and chocaholic Ruth dares to face herself in a makeover.
Episode 10
It’s the final day on the Farm for our fussy eaters and emotions are running high as they consider how they’ll cope with their newly awakened tastebuds once they get home. It’s time for their final challenge - cooking a feast for their family, friends and, of course, themselves. How will their loved ones react to the fussy eaters’ newly developed skills and tastes?
