Join Dominic Littlewood and motoring journalist Jason Barlow pair up in Wrong Car, Right Car? Catch him at his very hard-nosed best UKTV People. He'll be ensuring our brave punters have all the knowledge to drive the hardest of bargains with the unsuspecting dealership sales staff.

Image makeover
Chancing your arm with a second-hand car is not the most pleasant of experiences. We've all been there but frankly, we also know that it isn't the motor in question that causes the difficulties - it's the dodgy characters doing the selling! The public image of used-car salesman the world over, however, has had something of a makeover of late in the shape of Essex boy, all round diamond geezer and Wrong Car, Right Car? Star, Dominic Littlewood.

Action Man
From the late 80s onwards, our Dom grafted on the forecourts of used car dealerships around Essex, learning all there is to know about the motor trade, before setting up his own company. Now a busy man with a hectic schedule, when he's not contributing to car magazines and or writing motoring articles, this lover of adventure can be found indulging his other passions around his native Thames Estuary: sailing and jet skiing.

Keeping it real
Having accrued 15 years' experience as a hard nosed car dealer, Dominic came late to the telly. The debut of his big round friendly face came when Channel 4 came calling, looking for a mentor for their top job-swap show, Faking It. With the help of Dominic, West Country vicar the Reverend Nigel Done learnt all about the used-car trade before being let loose on a busy Essex forecourt. While this was not a classic episode, a star was born in the shape of Dominic.

A bald Del-Boy for the Noughties?
Since then, Dominic has become a familiar face on our screens - and not just on motoring shows. Aside from his starring role on Wrong Car, Right Car?, he has also used his wheeler-dealer experience to great effect in the show How I Made My Property Fortune, casting his entrepreneurial eye over property owners who've become millionaires, as well as also appearing on top property buying show To Buy Or Not To Buy.

Or is it coz he looks hard?
Dom's next show takes him even further away from the world of Frank Butcher and Swiss Toni. Alongside ex-criminal Mike Fraser, he'll be fronting Beat the Burglar - described as "a look at one of society's biggest concerns: home security." After Mike has broken into a viewer's property to show how rubbish their locks are - with them watching, of course - Dom and Mike then instigate a free security makeover to ensure it might never happen for real.
