James Martin takes a road trip down memory lane, revisiting the villages which first inspired him as a teenager. Along the way he teams up with friends such as the Hairy Bikers, stopping at cideries, cheese factories and local markets where he cooks mouth watering dishes with the freshest produce.

James Martin used to visit Champagne with his father to collect wine. Now he returns in order to explore a region at the culinary heart of France. Watch him get involved in some foraging, buy fresh local produce and cook some hearty winter dishes out of doors with guest chefs such as Daniel Galmiche and Lawrence Keogh.
Rhodes Across India (10x60 / Denhams)
Gary Rhodes and a team of young sous-chefs take the trip of a lifetime to find the best of authentic Indian cuisine, learn how to cook it, and then return home to cater for a major banquet in celebration of India’s independence. From pavements to Palaces they learn about ingredients, flavours, cooking techniques and the culture surrounding each dish.
Rhodes Across China (10x60 / Denhams)
Follow on from Rhodes Across India, Gary and two hand-picked apprentices set out on a tour across some of the most remote and well-known places in China to explore their favourite dishes, meet local chefs and learn how to recreate their finest recipes. In the final episode Gary returns to the UK and cooks up a true Chinese feast.
Rhodes Across the Caribbean (10x60 / Denhams)
In another exclusive to UKTV, Rhodes Across the Caribbean is a celebration of authentic regional cuisine and an exploration of traditional ingredients which can be used to create new dishes. The trip concludes in Jamaica, an island Gary has never visited but is close to his ancestral heart. We meet his parents and enjoy sumptuous cooking sequences.
Chefs in the City (5x30 / Hamma and Glamma)
Hardeep Singh Kohli mentors an amateur chef by bringing them to a city with a reputation for their favourite cuisine. Each episode is filmed in a new city and culminates in a cook-off between the city's top chef and finally a blind tasting.
