We take your privacy very seriously. The advertiser, not UKTV, is responsible for such goods and/or services and if you have any queries or complaints in relation to them, your only recourse is against the advertiser.

No breach by you of any provision of these Terms shall be waived or discharged except with the express written consent of UKTV and no failure or delay by UKTV to act in exercising any right, power or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right. These Terms shall not be enforceable by any person who is not a party to these Terms, except by any other UKTV group company. If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms
