The Bertinet Kitchen is a purpose built cookery school, opened in September 2005 in the centre of beautiful and historic Bath. You can choose from one of the courses listed below, which include expert tuition on pastry, Chinese food, pasta and much more. Relax, taste the food and enjoy a glass of wine or two while you hone your skills.

The Experience
On booking you must choose from a selection of classes available on selected dates. Each class begins at 10am, includes tuition and hands-on participation, as well as lunch with wine. Available classes are:

Spring Entertaining - 21st April 2007
Stylish Indian Entertaining with Monisha Bharadwaj - 27th April 2007
Knife Skills - 11th May 2007

Vital Information
On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. Minimum age is 18. You do not have to have any prior knowledge of cooking to attend these classes.
