You will learn to cook the most popular dishes from the wonderful world of curries and then you will be able to try everything! You will also take home an author signed souvenir itinerary and recipe booklet and a goodie bag.
The Experience
Tea or coffee is served on arrival, with a short briefing.
You will then learn to cook Spices, Masala Bases and Garam Masala. Prawn Jalfrezi or Classic Lamb Korma, Oonbario vegetable dish, Tarka Dhal, Pullao rice, and Chicken Tikka Masala.
After the cooking you will have a comprehensive tasting session to enjoy everything you have made and you will get to take away one curry sauce.
