They make and sell fresh homemade pasta - the pasta is absolutely delicious, but there is a difference from the usual italian pasta - all ingredients bar the semolina are sourced locally. The ravioli are filled with seasonal local ingredients (cheddar cheese, leeks, mushrooms etc) bought from other stallholders at the farmers' markets Alfredo's Pasta attends. Their pasta is also sold at local farm shops. They are particularly special for me because I work at the University of the West of England in Bristol. My manager (Mark Webster who is the environment manager) and myself have started holding farmers' markets on campus and Alfredo's have attended all our markets (3) to date. Their products have proved extremely popular with staff and students, and we are now looking forward to the next market on 5th September. review this place now
