Anne has been in Ashton for many years and is the only 'original' shop left in town since the early 70's. Both her and Dave try to sell locally-grown produce as often as possible. If there is anything you cant see in the shop they will try to get hold of it for you. The food is great, the service ALWAYS with a smile and sense of humour. There is always a great sense of community in the shop - something that greatly lacks anywhere these days! They also offer a free delivery service for the following day ... even Sainsburys couldnt top that!

Anne sources fruit and vegetables whenever she can from local producers. Nothing is too much trouble. Cant see what you're looking for, then ask. If Anne hasnt got it she will try and get it for you. review this place now
