Chosen as the 'All Wales Champion' at the Royal Welsh Show 2006 for his home cured bacon. Constantly experiments to produce the best meat. Last year his pork sausages won the 'Diamond Award' at the Foodex/Meatex show in Birmingham. On top of this, having taken home 28 Gold Awards last year, this local butcher of 30years is well renowned in North Wales as one of the best! review this place now
