Having visited this shop twice, I have no idea how it has been nominated. I found the shop, display cabinets and aprons worn by the staff filthy. I would never buy food from this retailer.

Our local butcher is fantastic. The meat is always properly hung and so much more tasty (and better value) than meat from any supermarket. They are now curing their own bacon (from a local source) and they make their own sausages - they'll even make up gluten-free ones for my husband. They also carry game seasonally. The staff are friendly and know what they're talking about. It's a very popular shop and deservedly so. review this place now
