I found this butcher two years ago, his meat is second to none. I used to be a chef and wished i had found this butchers when i was in the trade, its a pleasure to cook with. He marinades all his own meat, his speacialist sausages have no fat in them- the taste is unbelieveable! His steak, whether fillet, sirlion or rump is in a class of its own. His cooked meats are all cooked on the premises. Christmas eve the queue is all up the street for orders, the same with easter. He will fillet, dice or slice any meat you ask for- nothing is too much trouble. It's a real old fashioned butcher and if he ever retires, well it dosnt bear thinking about! His prices are reasonable and i can't praise him enough (as you can see) please nominate him.. review this place now
