An award-winning family run farm, which has been established for over a hundred years. It is situated on the Dengie Peninsular and runs from the village of Steeple, right down to the Blackwater Estuary. They are a Farm Assured British Beef & Lamb (FABBL) farm, ensuring the high standards of care and control they have over their animals. During the summer months their sheep and cattle graze down on the banks of the River Blackwater on environmentally sensitive grass and marshland areas. This helps to produce high quality, full flavoured meat; they sell their produce at local framers’ markets, and frozen lamb and beef is available from their farm gate all year round.
