Fantastic food cooked and presented with a skill that I've not seen matched anywhere. This is the best restaurant I have ever eaten at (and I dine out all around the UK on a regular basis) Not only do these people say they use local produce (and lets be honest - everybody seems to say that nowadays) they actually let you know where and who their suppliers are - even down to the location of the farm and the farmer's name! The quality of the meat and fish is astounding, with cooking to match. The service is absolutely spot on and the ambience is wonderful. When I'm in Taunton, If I can't get into The Willow Tree, I eat at home!

The food is exceptional - seasonal, innovative and delicious. The service is just right. Tucked away in Tower Lane, it is worth finding. We live in Edinburgh and always look forward to our regular trips to Taunton and having dinner at the Willow Tree.
