Anna Mosesson has been bringing high quality Swedish food to these Isles for the past 20 odd years, starting with her catering company "The Swedish Chef", supplying Gravadlax to Harrods. Then Opening her first Swedish Cafe in 1996 "Scandelicious" in Aldeburgh, Which subsequentally brought on a "Scandelicious" food stall at Borough Market for the past 8 years, bringing the taste of Sweden back to London. Recently in 2005 opening her pride "Glas", a acclaimed Swedish Restaurant at Borough Market. Due to the success of this, soon to open another restaurant "Upper Glas" in Islington to coincide with the release of her cook book, "Swedish cooking by Anna Mosesson". Anna Mosesson knows about food, and has given us the oppertunity to delve into her creations and re-creations. review this place now
