Heaving Deck, hot galley and 50 mouths to feed. Graham just gets on with it and the results are fantastic. 3 meals a day and 2 smokoes, quite a workload and we all love the results. Go Graham!

Amazing food. Graham is in a class of his own.

Graham's experience here means we also get great grub when he is at home with friends and family. This is a guy who has found his niche in life.

I've just come back from Tenacious. In the last 2 days we have had curries and pasta (inc veggie options), cooked breakfasts or croissant and pastries, moules and salads, home made cakes and biscuits and roast pork with proper crackling and roast potatoes - there really is something for everyone! All cooked in a ship's galley by one chef with volunteers to help.

Graham's book -'Graham in the Galley' has some great recipes which are really easy to follow and produce excellent results! The shortbread is irresistible!

SV Tenacious is a tall ship of the Jubilee Sailing Trust. Graham is the ship's SUPERB Chef. He cooks for upto 50 people a day, three meals a day - that's 150 meals a day plus mid morning and mid afternoon home-made cakes, biscuits and fancies. All tremendously executed in rolling seas. I'd challenge the TV Chefs to do better in these circumstances. And if you're interested in tasting Graham's cooking then book a voyage that you won't ever forget. It was an experience that I will cherish as long as I live.
