Sadly Grange Lodge’s restaurant is now only open to their residents. However, if you find yourself in County Tyrone, then from the food point alone, the small hotel is well worth staying at. Norma, the chef, owner and already a past winner of a “Food Hero Award,” invests prodigious energies into her love of cooking. She has appeared on several “Good Food” boards and helped in promoting Northern Ireland produce and traditional foods. Nowadays, she focuses on feeding her guests, catering for small special occasions, and passing on her enthusiasm for wholesome food in her immensely popular cookery classes. She strives to promote the use of quality locally sourced products, whilst preserving traditional recipes.
