Acanthus is a private conference and fine dining facility in the west end of Glasgow. All the food is sourced locally from producers who sell at Farmers' Market in Partick. Acanthus makes all of its own bread, cakes, jams, jellies, chutney's and marmalades, which are used in the preparation of much of its food. Most of the herbs are grown in the back garden of the Acanthus premises. Acanthus is a menber of Visit Scotland's EatScotland and also the Scottish Food Guide. It is a unique venue, offering the best in Scottish ingredients, sourced from local producers of top quality ingredients.

What a find! The most amazing food in a unique setting. Loved the effort that goes into sourcing the produce, and couldnt fault the cooking, presentation or service. Real attention to detail from staff who obviously love what they do, and take pride in it.
