We are Brookleys Bistro in Brockenhurst, we have a great relationship with Mike at Lyburn Cheese, we have and do serve all of their cheeses throughout the year. The passion these guys have for cheesemaking is legendary. Just ask mike he can talk for England about his cheeses. We have held cheese and wine nights hosted by the Smales and to great feedback. They are what food heroes is all about.

We are the Royal Oak Fritham, and consider ourselves very lucky to be able to source such a fantastic product locally. Made by such a nice hardworking family, We use a range of their cheeses in our ploughman's lunches, and always receive good feedback about the cheese from our customers. They have also one many awards for there products.

I have bought their cheese from farmers markets, many local shops and eaten it at the Royal Oak at Fritham. I love the nettle and garlic but the Lyburn Gold is also very good. Great cheese, made, sold and eaten locally. What heroes. review this place now
