This farm shop sells its own beef direct from Aberdeen Angus cattle. The family have farmed at Saxby since 1886 and the herd of pedigree Aberdeen cattle was founded over 50 years ago. All beef is supplied vacuum packed, either chilled or frozen. To ensure the best flavour the produce is hung for at least two weeks prior to selling. The farm shop now sells Lincolnshire lamb from local sources, honey and eggs.
