After realising that his fine dining restaurant's homemade goods (bread, ice cream, jams, etc) were more popular than its formal atmosphere, Yellow Door Deli chef/proprietor Simon Dugan set up a this relaxed coffee shop packed with his best-selling goods. For almost a decade, Simon and his now-42-strong team has been making all their goods from scratch, using herbs and eggs from their own garden and chickens, and the local Northern Ireland produce.
