I would like to ask all of you out there whether you're experiencing viewing problems with all of the UKtv channels?

I've had Sky out to my house 4 times now who have given me a whole new system yet still my pictures are freezing and pixelating on all of the UKtv channels.

Can anyone from UKtv reply to this? I've tried to email UKtv but it was returned undelivered Confused
