Falcon Crest was one of the 1980's TOP-RATED US glam soaps, and although it never quite got the blanket media focus of its rival, Dallas, here in the UK, mainly because it was shown disparately at odd transmission times across the network, it nevertheless gained 'cult' status with many fans.
Since Sky One completed its run of episodes in 1994, there has been no sign of FC anywhere.
This is now surely the time for UKTV Gold to take advantage, gain the rights to screen the show in full, and allow us to once again enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Napa Valley...and those amazing, oh-so-camp but so good OTT storylines.
Anyone else back my campaign for FC on G?

I only just found this message board and I TOTALLY agree. I have been campaigning for Falcon Crest since ITV took it off suddenly at the end of the 7th season and left fans in despair. Sky One then showed it from the beginning which was great but that was in the days of VHS videos.
FALCON CREST has never been released on DVD - so even more so are FC fans DESPERATE to see this wonderful 80's soap again. COME ON UKTV GOLD you can get the rights and screen it from the beginning.

They will never show it, UK Gold is a pale comparison to what it used to be. I would love to see it again, plus not many people had Sky when they showed Season 8 and Season 9.

Agreed. Since it changed from UK Gold, it has gone steadily downhill.
