Hey, I'm new to this board and new to wine tasting. I'm hosting my very first wine-tasting for a charity event. I want to offer hors d'oueveres with the wines. any suggestions as what kind of food to accompany a merlot, chardonnay, pinot grigio and a pinot noir. I was thinking crudite with possibly one of the whites, cheese and crackers, but what kid with which wine. oh, most of these people have no wine tasting experience. any help is much appreciated.
