I bought some sheets of Brik in a french supermarket- but it breaks to touch - how do you wrap it round the filling - without the morsel looking like a badly wrapped parcel!

I would treat it like filo pastry if its what i'm thinking of, keep under a damp cloth and brush with a little water, melted butter or egg wash, fingers crossed it won't break Smile
