Most recipes I have got for puy lentils use the raw dry product, I have a tin of puy lentils and wonder how I can use them in recipes which call for the raw type? Also on Food and Drink AWT made roast duck breast with puy lentils I missed most of the recipe demonstration. Has anyone got the ingredients needed?
