I think I am right in saying that most Chefs not on UKTV Food can be found on the BBC site. Probally some contractual/copyright thing.

Thanks Barry. Have found him now - searched in the Chefs button of UKTV food - all his recipes are still there he just does not show on the list. It's time he was back on Great Food Live! Cool
