is the griddle pan nessacery or can i just use a normal sauce pan

Hi Gallagher - I suspect the griddle pan is only used to create the chargrilled lines on the meat for presentation purposes - a plain frying pain would be OK.

This sounds great but what else would you suggest to go with it, maybe roast pots n veg??

I enjoy garlic & herb potato wedges (done in the oven) with a bottle of Fitou. I suppose that a sauce and wedges may not be to everyone’s liking, but I am one of those who likes chips & gravy.
