Hi Kirsty, It all depends on what their intolerance is. I have very mild IBS, which means I cannot have loads of carbs (especially late at night). I would suggest something like a seafood salad to start (with optional dressing & bread), followed by lemon & garlic roast chicken peices that everyone can help themselves to, with sides of meditteranean roast vegetables (made with sweet potato instead of potato), jacket potatoes, and a wonderful tomato. onion and olive salad dressed with olive oil, garlic and basil (omit the garlic if that is an issue), for dessert, fresh fruit salad doused in a little liquer and cream on the side.
