Does anybody please have a good recipe for bread machine Beer and Mustard bread? I had some of a friend's on a picnic recently, but she's cagey with her recipes, and I'd really like to make some myself - good for sausages sarnies.
Paul Hollywood has a nice beer bread recipe on here, I don't see why you shouldn't follow that in a bread machine, and add your own mustard to the mix when you add the liquid.

This is the one I use in my bread machine.
280ml beer
15ml veg oil
350gm white bread flour
45 ml grain mustard
150gm wholemeal flour
22ml skimmed milk powder
7.5ml salt
10ml sugar
5ml easy blend yeast
