Has anyone got a recipe which will use small green toms. I have just emptied my greenhouse of 'gardeners delight' and have about a kilo. Something hot and spicy perhaps.

There was a mention of this on a thread the other day..(nothing to do with green tomato chutney..but the topic got onto it..so you wouldn't know unless you had seen it )

Anyway...I believe that Lotte Duncan has done a lovely recipie for this which I will be using soon..though my tomatoes seem to be mainly going red now. If you type in green tomato chutney in the recipie search..it is apparently in there!

In this months Good food mag there is a Delia supplement and in it is her recipe for Green tomato chutney,excellent.
This recipe has won me more than one prize in competitions.
Add some fresh chillis for extra oomph.

Brie and frexy, thanks for the information. I will try the Delia recipe this time and will let you know how it goes. Perhaps you can do the same with Lotte's recipe Brie?
