On Wednesday's Good Food Live we'll be celebrating the Great British classic Afternoon tea. Joe Wadsack tucks in in style at the Dorchester and patissier Paul Young updates it with his exotic and fruity twist of sweet mango sushi, watermelon and ginger soup and pistachio, lavender and champagne bakewells then Antiques expert Madeline Marsh gives us a tea-time history lesson.
We'd love to know your favourite teatime treats, is it scones, chocolate eclairs, fairy cakes, pancakes, ginger bread, fruit loaf or good old cucumber sandwiches.
We look forward to hearing from you.
