i have just recently started to try my hand at cooking and i bought some fresh herbs from my local supermarket.These were coriander, basil and parsley.i woke up the next day and they were completely flat!
I bought some more parsley that day as i needed some for a recipe and it only lasted a day again.
I was keeping them on my kitchen windowsill, is this the problem?
Please help as i really want to use fresh herbs in my cooking bt dont want to have to keep buying them all the time and how long should they last anyway?
