Adore marmalade, use it in cooking loads. Steamed puddings, bread and butter pudding, sauce for pancakes, pork, duck, chicken, savoury sauces.

I don't see how UKTVFood programming affects people asking about Home Entertaining apart from if people arent asking questions the programmes must be providing enough information.

I love Rostis posts too, she is fantastic in her support of this site and posters who ask for help. She knows so much and helps so many and is the main reason I started posting after only reading for so long when people like tickedoff and others were so vicious. Thank goodness the mods take there posts off the board.

It might not be the best but it is better than the jenny barnett show aka good or great food live. It is a cookery programme and not a oh look at me aint I great programme.
