Crab sandwich

Method

 
1. Spread one side of each slice of bread with the butter.

2. In a bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients and pile on 1 slice of the bread.

3. Top with the second slice of bread and serve.

2 thick pieces freshly-sliced brown bread
unsalted Butter, for spreading
75g cooked white crab meat
25g cooked brown crab meat
squeeze lemon juice
pinch cayenne pepper
