Method
2. Add the fish sauce, sugar and lime juice and mix well.
3. Thread the prawns on to the lemon grass stems.
4. Heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium heat and fry the prawns for 3-4 minutes, until cooked through, turning them as required. Serve immediately!

200g large, raw peeled prawns, with tail still on1½ tbsp red curry paste
½ tsp Fish Sauce
10g caster sugar
juice 1 lime
6 lemon grass stalks
2 tbsp Olive oil
