Delia Smith revolutionised Britain's food culture with her amazing cookery books and TV shows and this is your chance to finally meet her. You'll be shown some tricks of the trade by Delia's hand picked chef, before enjoying lunch with wine tasting, followed by a question and answer session. Then when the day is finished you'll get goody bag to take home. A fantastic idea for foodies, or just for fans of Delia.

The Experience
This wonderful day of culinary delight takes place at Delia Smith's Centre of Excellence at the Norwich City Football club. The very talented Alex Mackay, formerly director of Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons cookery school and Le Baou D'Infer cookery school in Provence will demonstrate some wonderful dishes throughout the morning. And just before you break for a delicious three-course lunch there is a cocktail demonstration and tutored wine tasting. Delia will meet you during lunch and afterwards you will join Delia in our panel of experts for a question and answer session.

Vital Information
You will receive gift pack and an open dated voucher valid for nine months. Booking a date couldn't be easier. After receiving your pack, simply telephone the number detailed in your information pack and they will do the rest. It is recommended that you book at least four weeks in advance, although last minute places are sometimes available.

The workshops take place on several dates throughout the year. Please allow a whole day for this experience with most courses starting at around 10.30 and finishing at 17.00.
